Soluble fiber from food such as psyllium seeds husks, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of whole psyllium husks supplies 6 grams of the 7 grams of soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.

Suggested use

Vigorously mix 1-2 level tablespoons daily into at least 12 oz. of water or juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

Psyllium husks (husk/seed).

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
