For deliveries outside Regional capitals, we rely on EMS (Ghana Post) to safely transport your orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Here’s what you can expect in terms of delivery times:

• • Deliveries to Cape Coast, Tema, Takoradi, Accra, and Kumasi are typically completed on the next working day after the order has been received.
  • For Koforidua, Tamale, Ho, and Sunyani, deliveries usually take between 2-3 working days.
  • Deliveries outside the aforementioned areas typically arrive within 3-5 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.

Order and Delivery Time

We accept orders throughout the week, but please be aware of the following:

• • Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only.
  • Deliveries are typically scheduled for working days. However, some areas in Accra, Takoradi, Kumasi, and Ho may receive weekend deliveries on occasion.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day. Any orders received after this time will be included in the following day’s dispatch.
